AI automation
What you redo by hand, I turn into a tool.
Not a chatbot. Internal tools, yours, that do the work: reporting that writes itself, campaigns that build and optimize themselves, posts that go out, follow ups that follow. I started by building my own.
Fiona from behind or in profile at a screen, plain sage background, a vintage mechanical object in the foreground (metronome, kitchen timer). Humor, no robot.
Where it comes from
At Gameloft, my team built its own tracking and automation tools to steer 25 million dollars of media a year. Since then I have rebuilt my campaign management tools with AI: creation, launch, optimization by my rules, not the platform’s. My social media is run by a tool I built, Post Machine, without me touching it. My bookkeeping and my follow ups are going the same way.
I am not a developer. I know what a marketing team does by hand, I know what has to stay human, and I know how to build the rest with today’s models.
What I build
- Reporting: your Meta, Google, Shopify and CRM numbers gathered, commented, sent on Monday morning.
- Campaign management: creation, launch, optimization rules, alerts, in your logic.
- Content production: drafts of articles, posts, product pages and emails, in your voice, with your approval.
- Follow ups and tracking: prospects, customers, invoices, suppliers, by your rules.
- Your own tools: the ones you describe by saying “I need something that…”.
How it is made
On your existing tools when possible, as a small application of your own when needed. Your data stays with you. Every tool is documented, tested with you on your real data, and belongs to you: code, access, prompts. If I disappear tomorrow, it keeps running.
What I do not automate
The final call on a budget. The relationship with an angry customer. And anything that has no method yet: you cannot automate something you do not know how to do by hand. In that case, we start with the audit.
How it works
- 01
The map
Half a day: everything you or your team redo every week, the time it takes, what it costs.
- 02
The first tool
The most profitable one first. Built in two to four weeks, tested on your real data.
- 03
The next ones
One tool at a time, as long as the numbers add up.
- 04
The handover
Documentation, training, and you able to change a rule without me.
Frequently asked questions
Which tools do you use?
Claude and OpenAI models depending on the need, Make to connect your applications, and code when a real application is needed. The choice depends on what you already have and on who will maintain it.
Is my data safe?
It stays in your accounts. The access is yours, I keep nothing. And nothing is sent to a model without you knowing what, and why.
Does it replace someone?
It replaces the hours someone spends on a task with no value. In every team I have led, those were the most hated hours.
And Post Machine?
It is the tool that runs my social media. One day it will become a product open to members of the private space. Join the list to hear about it first.
The list
The tools I build, what they replace, what they miss. And Post Machine before anyone else.
What do you redo every week?
Describe it to me in three sentences. I tell you whether it can be automated, and how much time it gives back.
