Service 05 · CRM
The right CRM. Not the priciest, not the best known.
Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot or your platform’s own module: I tell you which one fits, why, and I wire it in. I have set up the CRM of subscription apps, of a streaming platform and of my own store.
Object on a petal background: a vintage address book or card index, soft shadow.
Who it is for
Stores that send a newsletter now and then and nothing else. Apps that lose their users after day one. Teams paying for a tool and using one feature in five.
What I do
- The recommendation: your volumes, channels, team, budget, and a reasoned choice on one page.
- The setup: integrations, events, segments, clean consent.
- The first flows: welcome, abandoned cart or onboarding, post purchase, reactivation.
- The dashboard: what the CRM brings in, next to what it costs.
What I often cut
Tools chosen for their logo. Thirty branch automations nobody understands. Newsletters sent to everyone on the same day.
How it works
- 01
The inventory
Your data, your tools, what you send today. One session.
- 02
The recommendation
One page: the tool, the price, the reasons, and the migration plan if there is one.
- 03
The setup
Two to four weeks, basic flows included.
- 04
The handover
Your team knows how to create a segment, a flow and a campaign.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change tools?
Not necessarily. Often the right tool is already there, badly wired.
Do you run the sends afterwards?
No, and that is deliberate. I can train your team, or build the tool that prepares the campaigns for you.
What about GDPR?
Included in the setup: double opt in, proof of consent, clean unsubscribe. The rest is your lawyer’s business.
A CRM that brings in more than it costs.
Tell me what you use today and what you send. I tell you what I would change.
